+- Checked both dialogs at 3840 × 2160, 1200 × 900, 390 × 844, 320 × 568 and 844 × 390. Each fits the viewport without horizontal overflow, keeps its close control visible, scrolls to the final paragraph and closes with Escape. No JavaScript errors occurred.
+- The footer separator matches the main text column width at all five sizes. Footer links scale to 32 px at 3840 px with a 16 px minimum; dialog body text scales to 57.6 px at 3840 px with an 18 px minimum. Inspected wide desktop and mobile screenshots.
+- All four popup borders have identical widths and solid white color. The former pink top accent is removed.
